A focused check for observed storm damage, with approximately 10–15 photos of downspouts, relevant collateral and roof damage where present. Document roughly 5–10 observed impacts or damage details on a slope when available.
No full exterior or roof overview set. Findings are shared through CompanyCam; damage is documented as found, never guaranteed.

At least 80 photos covering the exterior, collateral, roof overviews, accessories and agreed wind/hail inspection areas. Organized in a same-day CompanyCam report.

Adjuster Meeting Support
We document and mark applicable findings where authorized, then stay to meet the insurer’s adjuster in professional attire and walk through the observed roof conditions.
Added to the agreed inspection or return visit. A separate trip is priced separately; confirm the meeting time and expected duration before booking.

Exterior overviews, downspouts, soft metals and applicable metal roofing. Chalk markings on relevant collateral where authorized and appropriate.
02 · Roof overviews & accessories
Roof overviews, pipe jacks, ridge vents and roof accessories, with clear photos of observed conditions.
03 · Wind & hail documentation
Wind inspection across safely accessible roof areas. Hail inspection on east, west and south slopes where present and safely accessible. Any access limitations are recorded.
04 · Same-day CompanyCam report
Shareable photo documentation for your team. Confirm delivery timing with your assignment, including any special reporting requirements.

*The $100 follow-up applies to the same property and claim after our Storm Damage Check. It includes a full roof/exterior report and authorized markings. Adjuster meeting attendance is an additional $50. A new claim or property is a new assignment.
Access, steep pitch, extra structures and same-day fees are confirmed on the quote. 40-foot-plus access starts at $300 and requires equipment confirmation. Ladder length does not establish accessible roof height. Existing client agreements are confirmed privately.
